Take our Quiz                 Here is a Safty Plan

Whether you are still in an abusive relationship or have left your abuser, it is important that victims of domestic violence and their families take precautions to maintain their safety and that of their children.  A pre-established Safety Plan can assist you in ensuring a safe response to any unexpected attack or action by your abuser or his/her affiliates.  The following is a listing of suggested items to consider when developing a safety plan; however, we strongly recommend that you contact a local domestic violence agency or hotline to discuss a plan designed to address your specific situation.
